I too was a buyer in 2005 of a 7 figure home that has lost $400,000 on paper, but there are several choices we all can make.We love the home we are in and have no plans but to stay and enjoy it, the family loves the arizona weather here in scottsdale, great schools, and we feel like our decision to buy then ,is still sound today. There are are many of you out there in the phoenix,scottsdale ,glendale ,and mesa areas of arizona , or any city in the country where people are saying , they are walking away, throwing back the keys to the banks, and taking the hit on there credit and fico scores. You are not just a fico score and what ever makes the most sense to you today for you and your family to stay afloat , is what you must do.
